anemone Unidentified Order Actiniaria This sea anemone is sometimes seen in pools in the sandy parts of the seagrass lagoon. It has a colourful pattern around the central mouth. (With tentacles extended, about 15cm across) When exposed at low tide, however, it retracts it tentacles and look like a blob of jelly. |
