Drill eggs
Family Muricidae

Drills lay their eggs on any hard surface including other shells. This shell housed a hermit crab. Their eggs sometimes look like pretty little bouquets of flowers.

The yellow capsules turn purple when the baby snails inside hatch.

Each capsule about 1cm long.
