Shrimp goby and Snapping shrimp
|
The goby (the boring little fish to the right of the shrimp)
shares its burrow with the snapping shrimp.
While the goby uses its sharper eyesight to keep a lookout for danger,
the more short-sighted snapping shrimp maintains their burrow.
This delightful pair was found high up near the shore.
