red sea cucumber Actinopyga sp. Family Holothuriidae updated Sep 08 Where seen? This small red sea cucumber was seen once on Pulau Semakau. Features: About 8cm long. Body oval with a smooth skin and lots of slender tube feet scattered all over it. It may be the same as the Actinopyga sp. in Lane's guide of which "just a single specimen was seen, from the reef slope of Sultan Shoal". |
