Where seen? This small drill is often seen in groups on hard surfaces such as pipes, jetty legs as well as rocks and seawalls. Also sometimes seen in groups on silty sandy shores feeding on nest mussels (Muscilista sp.) Commonly seen on Changi.

Features: 2-3cm. Shell not as thick as the other more commonly encountered Drills. The shell has fine grooves and regularly spaced short points. Operculum orange or yellow.
