Where seen? This fanworm is sometimes seen in silty, sandy areas near seagrass meadows on many of our shores.

Features: Fan 6-8cm in diameter. Included in this page are those with a fan generally olive brown sometimes with tinges of black. Often it has a rather 'untidy' look. Usually found alone in sand.
