6 Nov (Sat): Circle of Life
Time: 10am-9pm at Millenia Walk
Launch event at The Great Hall 10.30am-12noon

To celebrate the Nature Society (Singapore)'s 50th year, the event aims to bring nature lovers together to showcase and celebrate Singapore's biodiversity. Despite rapid urban development, we still have biodiversity and that we must work together to safeguard it for the next 50 years and more. It will also launch the full-colour revised edition of the Red Data Book (a checklist of endangered biodiversity species of Singapore compiled by biodiversity experts) due to be published in first half of next year. The event includes exhibitions, games and walks.

Come down to The Great Hall @ Millenia Walk at 9.30 am on Saturday, 6 November and stand in a Circle holding a Life Card photo of a native plant or animal. Come help us make the 1000-strong chain-link of people holding life cards of our biodiversity. Say you’d hold a Life Card by emailing Rita at ritazamzamah@pacific.net.sg with your name, address and number of people in your party.
