Police Cadet Corps (Ubin Camp) In 1987, the first NPCC Camp (a 0.88ha site) at Kampung Bahru, Ubin was declared open. In 1994, NPCC obtained a lease for the current 26ha site. Construction on the new site began in 2001 and it was opened in 2004. 30 times bigger than the original site lit can accommodate about 750 persons and has among others, its own jetty.
