Bukit Puaka on Ubin

Bukit Puaka is the tallest point on Ubin at 74m tall. It overlooks the Ubin Granite Quarry with scenic views of Singapore and Malaysia.

The entrance to the trail up the hill is not marked as visits are not encouraged.

The narrow and steep trail winds through secondary forest and thick growths of scratchy resam (a wild fern). There are 4 stations along the trail, each with a different view of the quarry and surrounding areas.

Of course, the view is best at the last station. On a clear day, you can see all the way past Changi to even the towering buildings of the business district on the mainland! There are also views of Johor and of course, various parts of Ubin.

There are no guardrails around the quarry edge, so please be careful.
