About dolphins in captivity

You CAN make a difference for dolphins...

Dispose of rubbish properly. Bin your litter. Marine litter kills! Dolphins and other sea creatures choke and are poisoned by our rubbish.

Don't discard fishing nets and fishing lines in the sea. Dolphins breathe air. If they are trapped in abandoned nets and fishing lines, they may drown.

Protect our marine habitats. They are homes to our dolphins.

Spot a dolphin in Singapore? Take a photo! With your handphone if you have to! Share it with Siva at habitatnews.

Be a responsible boater. Be careful when travelling near reefs where dolphins are found.

Be a responsible diver. If you encounter a dolphin, do not disturb or harass it.

Be a responsible tourist. Don't support businesses that exploit or disturb dolphins.
