Tireless and always ready to colloborate with like-minded volunteers, I am hugely impressed by her dedication. In addition to his work at NParks, Jeffrey (here showing his good side), is also actively involved with Blue Water Volunteers, training guides and helping out in other marine conservation work. Here's some of the rest of the team (from left to right) Ping Ting (always a great help to clueless folks who want to do something for nature in Singapore), Lioe (who is also a great outdoorsman and always has some amazing gadget when we go out to the field), Cheryl (trying to hide from camera phone), Saifuddin (also trying to hide; you can see NParks folk are rather shy). This was an unusual situation when they were ALL in the office at the same time. I sort of waylaid them just as they had moved into their new premises. Otherwise, they are all outdoors somewhere in the far corners of our little island.
